My first ride with Roadies. Mark and I met up with the Potomac Pedalers this morning to do the Belle Haven Labyrinth. I never realized how big this group is. They have several rides throughout the week and also on the weekend which will be a good alternative if I miss one of the Team's ride.
At this ride, we also met up with Susan, the weather forecaster from last weekend and who is the bike route coordinator with Team Z. Thank goodness for Susan because this ride consisted of a maze of turn after turn for 34 miles. Her true calling is definitely coordinating routes and not predicting weather : ). I felt pretty good today, in spite of being sick.
