As a treat to myself because I had a great workout this weekend, I skipped Monday's run. I barely made it to the Tuesday swim as I only got 5 hours sleep and tossed and turned all night. I swam for about 75 minutes and went 3300 yards. My timing and breathing were WAY off and I could not get in a groove.
Tuesday night I switched out my bike seat and biked Rock Creek for a hour or so. Man, what a difference with the new seat. Who ever knew you could get fitted for a bike seat. Fascinating.
