About me while training for Florida IM in Nov 2009:

I am now 41 years old, married and have a newborn son. I took the journey to my first Ironman 2 years ago and had an incredible experience. During my training for Coeur d'Alene, I renovated my house and got married to my beautiful wife. For the most part, I took off from tri's last year and started back up this year with Columbia and Eagleman and had a newborn son in between, I am ready to continue this journey to Florida IM in November. It will definitely be a challenge balancing my time with my wife, baby, training and work. I hope you enjoy by blog
