Definitely a week of fatigue

Well, I was able to get my swim in Thursday morning and actually felt pretty good. Sometime on Thursday was the first day all week that I actually had some energy. Since it was pouring down rain on Saturday, I biked indoors on my computrainer (20 miles) and banged out the run on Sunday outside (5 miles).

Totals for the week:
Swim: 2.2M
Bike: 30M
Run: 9M
Totals: 41miles, 5:27

+ have been doing the 100+ crunches every day this week as well.... now onto Taper weeks...
