Made the 5am swim this morning but seemed to have problems with my new goggles as I had some serious leaks going on. Not sure what was happening because I bought the same pair I had before and they just didn't work. I got so frustrated 1/2 way through the swim, I went and got my old pair in the locker room. However, with the old pair I could barely see because they were so scratched up - just a minor frustration. All day I had blood shot eyes but hey - got the swim in!
Around 8:00 tonight, I jumped on the computrainer and got an hour ride in and finished the night off with 200 crunches.
