just another day...

Last night I tried a new hill workout for the bike in my neighborhood. The route is about a 3.5 mile loop in which I go down a steep hill with a lot of bends and turns, into Rock Creek park, then I ride in Rock Creek racing cars so I don't get run over, then back up a mega long hill out of rock creek that has one stretch of a 11% climb. So, I did the loop 3x, tried to stay in Z2 and creeped into low Z3 and finished up in about 51 minutes. Pretty good workout. We will see how it goes week after week and I can improve on that time while keeping the heartrate down.

Tonight is track, ug. Gotta get motivated......
